B und F sind mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und fahren 100 km\/h statt der erlaubten 70 km\/h. Fahrer B ist Chef eines Rockerclubs und beeilt sich, um noch rechtzeitig zu einer geplanten Schl\u00e4gerei mit einem anderen Rockerclub zu kommen. Er f\u00e4hrt bei Rotlicht \u00fcber eine Kreuzung und h\u00e4lt es dabei f\u00fcr m\u00f6glich, dass andere Autofahrer von links oder rechts in die Kreuzung einfahren, vertraut aber darauf, dass es zu keinem Schaden kommen wird. Von links kommt tats\u00e4chlich der Autofahrer A und muss eine Vollbremsung machen. Dadurch kommt es gerade so nicht zu einer Kollision. Allerdings rammt A ein Verkehrsschild. Der Pkw von A ist 25.000 \u20ac wert und erleidet Sch\u00e4den. Das Verkehrsschild ist 500 \u20ac wert. Die Schl\u00e4gerei hatte bereits ohne B und F begonnen und es waren etwa 20 Personen dabei. J schlug mehrmals auf X ein, der dadurch Z\u00e4hne verlor. Y hatte nun Angst und floh Hals \u00fcber Kopf. Dabei rannte er auf eine Stra\u00dfe vor einen Lkw und starb.
