A vereinbarte mit B diesem Marihuana zu verkaufen. C erf\u00e4hrt davon und bietet B an ihn zu begleiten. Dabei will C in Wirklichkeit das Marihuana dem A stehlen.<\/p>\n

A und B treffen sich auf einem Parkplatz und A l\u00e4sst das Marihuana im Kofferraum seines abgeschlossenen Wagens und schlendert mit U durch einen Markt um den Ablauf des Verkaufes zu besprechen. W\u00e4hrenddessen \u00f6ffnet C den Kofferraum mit einem Draht und entnimmt das Marihuana. A kommt aus dem Baumarkt und sieht C dabei wie er den Kofferraumdeckel schlie\u00dft und weg l\u00e4uft. A l\u00e4uft zu seinem Auto und f\u00e4hrt C hinterher, er will C umfahren um das Marihuana wieder zubekommen, A nimmt an C mit dem Angriff zu \u00fcberraschen und vielleicht auch zu t\u00f6ten. C bemerkt kurz vor dem Aufprall das Auto und springt zur Seite, verletzt sich dabei am Bein. C rennt davon, A l\u00e4sst das Auto zur\u00fcck und verfolgt C um ihn mit blo\u00dfen H\u00e4nden zu erw\u00fcrgen.
